Yoga Classes - Try a class for FREE!

We are adding more yoga classes!  Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.    

We offer Basic Yoga which focuses on whole body restoration with a strong emphasis on posturing and breathing techniques.  Keeping your back flexible and correcting posture imbalances can be very effective in reducing pain.  These posturing techniques combined with breathing techniques will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed!
